Ikan Sumbat (Malay style)
 
The images above is known here as Ikan Cencaru and in English it is often referred to as the Jacket fish/stuffed fish because the skin is like a jacket and could be peeled off easily, thus the Jacket Fish. It's really delicious and 1 fish is not enough.
